Covid-19 Update: We’re following the Governments guidelines and adapting daily when needed. We’re currently processing orders and delivering with no delays. However please allow ample time when ordering as our couriers may experience delays. Thank you for supporting our small business.

 Delivery Policy:

** Free shipping on UK orders over £40 using code Free Delivery at the checkout **

We always aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery options are available Monday to Saturday excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that during busy periods it may take us a little longer to process your order so please take this into consideration when placing your order and choosing your delivery option.

We will always aim to confirm dispatch by a completed order email within 24 hours of handing the order over to Royal Mail or other courier services.

If you’re not going to be home and request for your parcel to be left without signature we are happy to do so upon request, however Pinks to Blues or any person(s) acting on behalf of Pinks to Blues including our chosen delivery service are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When you make your request you do so at your own risk. **

1st Class Royal Mail – available to UK delivery only. Estimated delivery of 2-3 working day.  £3.95 or FREE over £30.

2nd Class Royal Mail – available to UK delivery only. Estimated delivery within 7 working days. £2.95 or FREE over £30.

Returns Policy:

We have a ‘no-quibble’ return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it or issue a refund.

You have 28 days to return your order or part of your order, as long as the item(s) is unused, unwashed and has its original tags and packaging.

Once we have received your returned purchase, we will refund the price of your purchase to the original payment method or exchange it as per your instructions.

If your item(s) are faulty we will reimburse the cost of return postage.
